GD’s Latest Gadgets Sidebar

Today (27th Feb), early in the morning I saw this blog post on Google Deaktop APIs blog regarding the newest rss feed on the Gadget Gallery. Few Seconds later I started creating a Firefox extension using this feed and finally after several hours of development I managed to ended up in sandbox. :)

So I proudly announce my first ever Firefox extension (which I submitted to sandbox), 'Google Desktop's Latest Gadgets Sidebar'. ;)

If you have a mozilla account and sandbox access please feel free to checkout my FF extension.

There are lot of improvements to be added and I'm working on a new nice GUI, too.

Google Summer of Code 2008

Just wanted to shoot out the good news...... :)

Google has officially announced the Summer of Code 2008, today.. ! so this summer will also be a perfect one.

Writers' Strike Over..., Now What..?

Crap Warning ! ;) Read if you really don't have anything else to do.. ;)

Finally the Writers Guild of America Strike came to an end. Now what about our favorite shows.. ;) ?

Heroes :
No chance of seeing a new episodes till Fall (Oct 2008). too bad ah? :( Checkout Heroes episodes list on Wikipedia.

Prison Break :
Oh! What a Season .. ;) The Season 3 finale (hopefully) "The Art of the Deal" screwed up all the fans... and they must begin a new Season because there are lot of things to be fixed.. Specially Sara! ;)

According to Wikipedia there may be some future episodes of Season 3 ... but at the moment this Wiki page can't be trusted.. Because.., several days ago someone had updated the prioson break episodes list page on Wikipedia by adding the following information about a new episode of Season 3...

	"The Messenger"	Karyn Usher	Greg Yaitanes	April 2008	58
	Michael learns more about Jason Lief and is contacted by a mysterious woman claiming to have pertinent information; Sucre is forced to make an uneasy alliance; Gretchen reveals a shocking secret, while Mahone has a revelation of his own.

Then the page was modified and above details had been removed. Today [24th Feb] the page was modified again and the episode is there.. (It may have been removed again at the time you are reading this if so check the page history.. ;) funny hehe).

Finally they MUST bring Sara back...

Well after watching the S 3 E 13 Sara's fans can still have a hope to see her back in the show. :)
